My journey with non-fiction books and self-help books started in 2010. When I was recommended The Secret by the office librarian. There are ample options available when it comes to reading some best non-fiction books. In this blog, I going to share my list of the best non-fiction books to read in English. But before that, let me share my story as a bookworm.
I have been a reader since childhood but my reading was limited to magazines, Reader’s digest, Comics like Archie’s, Twinkle, etc. The most memorable books from my childhood and teenage years were- Nancy drew, which would captivate my attention so much that I would finish the book in 1 ½ – 2 hours flat, Gokulam– earlier, they used to have a collection of small stories (Most of my Tamil readers would recognize and remember it) and Jeffery Archer’s- Kane and Abel. Given to me by my cousin, I remember reading that over and over again till the book finally wore out.
Books are like food for your soul. If you are not a reader, then there are some best books to start reading habit. Many successful people are avid readers and can read for hours together.
