As per Wikipedia, the Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. In simple words, it says that do focused work with short breaks.
Keep the phone on silent and a timer for 25 min, do your work with no distractions and then take a 5 minutes break. And then get back to another 25 minutes of work. You can modify this at your convenience. I like to keep a timer for an hour and then take 10 min break before I get back to work again.
